Lexi 4HP Complex Oscillator for VCV Rack 2.0

Lexi builds upon the original Buchla and Serge West Coast oscillators while bringing in East Coast hard sync and Oberheim detuning in a slim 4HP package. This dual oscillator can generate sounds from Jump to Silver Apples without taking up more space than the average VCA.

Lexi is pre-patched to allow both oscillators to interact via hard sync and through zero frequency modulation. The oscillators are also internally mixed to cut down on module clutter. If oscillator 2 is in LFO mode, it will not be mixed into the mix output and will only be available on output 2. 

Lexi can take advantage of TZFM and hardsync to generate complex waveforms, but it can also produce the standard waveshapes of sine, saw, and square. With a bit of clever programming, Lexi is a source of endless barber pole PWM. At just 4HP, Lexi is one of the most efficient dual, polyphonic oscillators available.
